Late Checkouts:
A CAD $20.00 plus taxes will apply if checkout occurs between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If any checkout occurs after 2:00 PM, a full night’s charge will apply.

Cancellations:
You must cancel 24 hours prior to local hotel check-in time (2:00 PM) or the credit card provided will be charged one night’s room rate, taxes, and applicable fees.

No Shows:
Any no-show reservations will be charged one night’s room rate, taxes, and applicable fees.

Pricing:
All prices and fees are subject to change and do not include 5% GST and 8% Room Tax.

Children:
Children aged 10 or under stay free of charge! All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Guarantee:
Upon check in, guests are required to have their own valid credit card and ID, for security deposit and incidentals. A CAD $100.00 deposit may be requested upon arrival if the payment method is via cash or debit card. A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation, which will be requested after a reservation has been submitted. American Express is not accepted in either reservations or room payment(s).

Pets:
Small pets are allowed in specific room types only at an additional charge of CAD $10.00 per pet, per night, plus tax. Maximum 2 pets per room.
